EXPWAY and CogniVue Corporation Partner to Deploy ATSC-MH Solution for Mobile TV.
Gatineau, Canada, and Paris, France -- April 7, 2010 - At the NAB show in Las Vegas - EXPWAY, the leading Electronic Service Guide (ESG) vendor and middleware provider for ATSC-MH Mobile DTV and CogniVue Corporation, a fabless semiconductor company with a focus on low power, small footprint multimedia and image cognition processors, today announced their partnership on the ATSC-MH A/153 compliant multimedia chipset.
Pairing the CogniVue multimedia processor with EXPWAY middleware enables receiver manufacturers to incorporate rich feature set on their ATSC-M/H devices: EPG (Electronic Program Guide), Banners, Interstitials, Voting, Polling, RSS-feeds, Content Casting and Data Casting, together with crystal clear audio and video decoding capabilities.
